The McCourt Foundation runs the Rose Bowl Half Marathon, sets its rules, and handles registration, refunds and course safety. Crews are member-led: a volunteer coordinates optional meetups. Leisure Athletes is an independent community and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by The McCourt Foundation.
